Kanesia and Carter flew in on the 4th, it was so nice to have them home for the Holiday! We had fun catching up, Tegan is happy they are back home, when the door opened he ran to the door and gave them big hugs. On Friday I had a nice birthday party at the hotel. I had a bunch of friends at the salon and we then went to Cape Cheerful for open mic. Saturday was a fun day, we watched the parade, Tegan was impressed they threw candy at him. Then we warmed up a little and went to the fair behind the elementary school. Tegan called it a 'circus' because of the circus tent. He just had a blast and had his mom and dad running after him. We came home and waited for Kanesia and Carter to arrive.....started our bbq dinner, and had cake and ice cream. And waited for the fireworks!!! Whew, I am glad I had a three day weekend too!!
